The balinzuo banner library was established in July 1988. it is a comprehensive public library set up by the balinzuo banner government and a social public welfare cultural institution. At the time of building the museum, there were only nearly 4000 books. The building area of the museum is 173 square meters. the library building was built in 1991 with a building area of 2,000 square meters. it was completed and put into use in 1992. Nearly 10,000 books were collected, with an annual purchase cost of 3,000 yuan. in 1990, they were rated as civilized libraries, flag-level civilized units and readers' favorite libraries by Chifeng city. In October 2009, he was awarded the title of level 3 library by the Ministry of culture of the people's Republic of China. In January 2008, it was named advanced library by Chifeng municipal bureau of culture and sports, and in January 2010, it was named second-class library in the fourth national public library evaluation and grading work. In March 2011, he was named advanced library by Chifeng municipal bureau of culture and sports, in July 2011, he was named advanced party branch by balinzuo banner government agency Committee, in 2013, he was named third prize in the first business competition of the city's library, in April 2014, he was named " first bibliophile" excellent organization award by Chifeng city, and in December 2014, he was named excellent organization award in the second business competition of the city's library. The balinzuo banner library moved into the new library in October 2004, covering an area of 2,000 square meters, and is located in the south of qidan square road in the new city. it currently has over 80,000 books and 110,000 books borrowed from various types of literature in each year. Our library subscribes more than 80 kinds of periodicals and 30 kinds of newspapers every year.
